With over 40 years of experience in infrastructure and real estate, Srinivas Jaladi brings deep expertise and proven leadership to Vinda Realty. A B.Tech graduate in Civil Engineering from S.V.U. College of Engineering, Tirupati, he began his career in 1985 with the successful execution of a G+13 floors project at the Naval Dockyard in Visakhapatnam. Since then, he has overseen the design and delivery of major developments, including dams, irrigation projects, residential towers, and large-scale townships. Known for his practical approach and engineering precision, Srinivas continues to guide Vinda Realty’s mission of building communities that combine innovation, reliability, and long-term value.
Sreenivasa Rao Gutha
A Civil Engineering graduate from Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam, Sreenivasa Rao Gutha is a seasoned entrepreneur who has successfully delivered landmark projects with G&J Infra, including residential and commercial towers across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
